Vegetables with Pistachios

- 1/2 tin of low-fat pistachio nuts
- Dry fish (or meat)
- Chili peppers
- Follong leaves
Heat oil in a pot, cut onions, tomatoes, crushed ginger, meat (pre-cooked) and crushed crayfish.
Add the pistachio paste (pistachio + water) then salt, mix and simmer for 20 min.
Add the vegetables of your choice (Follong Ndapche...), mix and leave to cook for 20 minutes.
