1/2 tin of low-fat pistachio nuts
1 glass of water
Crayfish (handle)
Dry fish (meat)
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Sweet pepper
Carrots (chopped)
Onion
Leek
Tomatoes
Step 1
Heat some oil in a pot, cut the onions, tomatoes, leek, carrots and add them.
Step 2
Add crushed crayfish, smoked fish and meat (preferably pre-cooked). Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the pistachio with a glass of water to obtain a homogeneous paste, then add it to the pot with a little minced garlic and white pepper. Leave to cook for 30 minutes.
