Ngon Cake

  • 150g of Ngon Pistachio Flour Lightened
  • 100g of wheat flour
  • 100g of sugar
  • 150g melted butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 jar of yoghurt 125g
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • Confiscated fruit or dried fruit
Step 1

Put the eggs, melted butter and sugar in a bowl.
Then mix until homogeneous.

Step 2

Add the yoghurt pot, wheat flour, Ngon flour and baking powder to this mixture.
Mix everything together.

Step 3

Add vanilla sugar and possibly pieces of candied fruit or dried fruit.
Verser dans un moule et le mettre au four environ 35-40 min à 180°.
